All-America Selections recently named the nominees for the 2010 American Garden Award. The nominees are 'Prairie Spendor' echinacea, 'Purple Flash' ornamental pepper, 'Denver Daisy' rudbeckia and 'Knee-High Red' zinnia.
The American Garden Award is given annually to the flower or plant that voters think has the most appealing garden characteristics.
Readers can vote at AmericanGardenAward.com. Voting is open until August 31, and the winners will be announced in September.
