Dynamax recently released the new EXO-Skin heat balance sap flow sensors for measuring "real-time" plant water use.
This new design offers more flexibility for stem diameters 9 to 25 millimeters, and the expandable Velstretch insulation makes installation very easy, even on odd branchy stems. It can be used on most crops or trees in the greenhouse or in the field, and is excellent for determining plant transpiration rates, irrigation scheduling or plant stress.
