2009 Floriculture Field Day Is May 14
The Florida Nursery Growers & Landscape Association is hosting its annual one-day event in Gainesville, Fla., next Thursday.
The optional garden tour and dinner for 2009 Floriculture Field Day are now full, but those interested in registering and attending the main event are still encouraged to do so.
Katy Moss Warner, president emeritus of the American Horticultural Society, will be a guest speaker, along with Eric Darden of Walt Disney World, David Price of Bok Tower Gardens and Kimberly Bird of Calloway Nursery.
Because the event has been trimmed from two days to one, the cost of registration is much lower this year. Registration for FNGLA members is now $115. Non-members can attend for $135.
