Perennials, Tropicals And More: 2012 California Spring Trials Introductions
This year's new introductions, from colocasias to roses, don't disappoint.
Dianthus EverLast series
Selecta
Gardeners’ wishes for longer-blooming dianthus were answered with the introduction of the EverLast series. Plants bloom early and stay in bloom, and then flower again in late summer when nighttime temperatures drop. This low-maintenance dianthus combines double flowers and perennial hardiness into a compact eight- to 12-inch plant.
