Dahlia XXL Series

Dahlia XXL varieties are just as their name suggests — large-flowered dahlias, with blooms reaching almost half a foot in diameter. What’s different, though, is that these flowers grow on a medium-sized vigorous plant (good for gallon production), which is controllable, and maintains a suitable size for the garden through the summer. Dahlia XXL has been a strong performer in trials in Texan and Georgian heat, Colorado’s high altitude and Ontario’s northern light. Dahlia ‘XXL Taxco’ was named “Best of Show” in Colorado State University’s summer trials.
