The Purdue University Floriculture Team has unveiled its new and improved website for greenhouse growers and prospective students at Flowers.Hort.Purdue.edu.

“I’m definitely seeing more growers use digital resources such as our e-GRO site, GroCALC, electronic bulletins and podcasts,” says Purdue’s Roberto Lopez.

The website, called the Lopez Lab, offers growers a resource section with useful links to production information and resources, plus sections with Purdue Extension bulletins, publications, pictures of the week, newsletters and upcoming floriculture events. Here, growers can learn about the USDA and industry funded floriculture research being conducted at Purdue.

In the near future, the site will also feature a greenhouse camera, so users can follow Purdue’s LED research.

Additional resources will be added in the coming months. Take a tour of the website at Flowers.Hort.Purdue.edu.
