Perennials at Krueger-Maddux Greenhouses

Participants in the OFA Short Course Grower Learning and Diagnostic Tour took a look at two operations, Krueger-Maddux Greenhouses in Sunman, Indiana, and Diefenbacher Greenhouses in Cincinnati, Ohio. At each facility, university researchers were also on hand to present mini clinics on scouting, lighting, nutrition and other production issues.

Just one section of the 8-acres of outside growing area at Krueger-Maddux Greenhouses. A bioremediated water system provides the 25 million gallons of water used annually.
