AAS Summer Meeting Hits Denver
Tours of the Denver Botanic Gardens, Welby Gardens and the Colorado State University Trials are all part of this year's All-America Selections Summer Meeting from August 5-7 in Denver, Co.

The All-America Selections (AAS) Summer Meeting from August 5-7 is approaching fast. Registration is encouraged by June 30, as all registrants after that date will be charged an additional $100.
The American Garden Award competition will be viewed at the Denver Botanic Garden. AAS Trials will be studied and evaluated at Welby Gardens and Colorado State University. Containers are big this year with over 800 at Welby Gardens in WestWoods and Syngenta Flowers in Boulder.
This meeting will be executive director Nona Koivula's last. Koivula will serve as a Master of Ceremony for the banquet along with Al Gerace. She has oftened threatened to retire from AAS, but this time she is serious. The program this year will focus on people who made the event a success over the last 25 years.
