New Certifications From Plants At Work

t the Tropical Plant Industry Exhibition’s (TPIE) Train The Trainer session, Plants At Work contributors can now be trained as American Institute of Architects, United States Green Building Council and Building Owners and Managers Institute approved providers. This is the first time providers can be approved for every area of commercial end-users in the market.

In other news, the ECGC Distributors Ltd. is working in conjunction with Plants at Work and Master Tag to incorporate new ECGC-specific educational tags into their independent garden centers. Walters Online Success

alters Gardens has just wrapped up its first year of its FedEx Kinkos online benchcard catalog and it was a success. Qualified customers were able to order from the online catalog, and orders were printed, packed and shipped right to their businesses.

Walters did some research and found that in five trialing locations, the benchcards remained in good condition over the 16-week season and could be reused for a second season. For more information, visit
