Proven Winners Triples Magazine Advertising

This spring, Proven Winners ads will be seen more than 25 million times in magazines that reach women 35 years of age and older.

For the first time Proven Winners will be advertising in:

  • Oprah, 2.4 million readers
  • Real Simple, 1.9 million readers
  • Cottage Living, 900,000 readers

This year’s ad will promote Proven Winners’ free, 28-page “Gardener’s Idea Book” to each person who responds via a toll-free numer or the Web site. Proven Winners anticipates distributing 250,000 copies this spring as a result of the advertising campaign. Extra staff are hired to help man the phones during this time.

The combination planting featured in the ad is “Pure Magic” with euphorbia ‘Diamond Frost,’ petunia ‘Supertunia Bordeaux’ and nemesia ‘Opal Innocence.’
