Orchard Supply Expands

Orchard Supply Hardware (OSH) will open new stores in Fairfield and Santa Rosa, Calif. this September.

“We are very excited to open stores in Fairfield and Santa Rosa. Both communities have given OSH tremendous support, and we look forward to assisting residents with all of their home improvement and garden needs,” says Rob Lynch, President and CEO of OSH.

The Fairfield OSH store brings renewed life to the site of a former Yardbirds location. OSH completely remodeled the 38,000-square-foot store, which opened for business earlier this month, upgrading the exterior façade, renovating the interior and expanding the garden center.

In Santa Rosa, OSH renovated a 28,000-square-foot space to give it a completely new look. OSH talked to its customers and listened to their suggestions in designing the new look to the store that features a warm décor and an easy-to-navigate layout. The Santa Rosa store opens on Thursday, September 24th.

OSH has a rich heritage, starting as a cooperative of 30 farmers in what became Silicon Valley who got together to share the cost of ladders, tree trimmers, apricot knives, pails and other tools for tending their fruit orchards. OSH now offers 45,000 items for home and garden, from power tools and paint to plants with the OSH lifetime guarantee.
