BioSafe’s OxiPhos And ZeroTol Are Effective For Controlling Downy Mildew, Study Shows

OxiPhos_CMYKA recent study has determined the effectiveness of OxiPhos and ZeroTol 2.0 in controlling impatiens downy mildew.

The research conducted by Michigan State University revealed that OxiPhos reduced the amount of leaves with sporulation by 70 percent and reduced leaf area with sporulation by 50 percent.

Results also show that ZeroTol 2.0 tank mixed with OxiPhos reduced leaf area with sporulation by 81 percent and plants with sporulation by 50 percent.

The improvements indicate that OxiPhos is a systemic protectant that can be used in a downy mildew program. In addition, ZeroTol 2.0 is shown to be a complimentary contact fungicide to suppress sporulation alongside OxiPhos.

Combining ZeroTol 2.0 with systemic chemistries increases the spectrum of activity, in addition to providing reduction in sporulation.
