In her new position, Stribling will drive sales of Solexx greenhouse covering to commercial greenhouse and nursery growers.

Prior to the change, Stribling was the dealer account manager for two years. Stribling will continue to work with retailers to sell Solexx hobby greenhouses. Her territory is comprised of 26 states and includes most of the Western and Southern United States.

“Laurie’s promotion to outside commercial sales is an exciting change for our company,” says Blair Busenbark, chief operating officer of Adaptive Plastics. “Being a grower herself, Laurie has a wonderful perspective that will help her to be an effective resource in helping greenhouse and nursery growers understand the potential for reduced energy costs if they switch to Solexx as their greenhouse covering.”

Stribling started her horticultural career working in a wholesale nursery as a customer service and sales representative with JLPN, Inc., in Salem, Ore. In 2001 Stribling and her husband started their own nursery that now is comprised of six commercial greenhouses.

The nursery specializes in propagation of deciduous trees and shrubs from rooted cutting and seed, and continues to thrive today. On the same five acre property, Stribling also produces organic fruit commercially.

Stribling will be joined in the field by Busenbark, who will cover twenty four states and Canada. His territory includes the Great Lakes, Mid-Atlantic, New England and all of Canada.
