American Floral Endowment Once Again Joins Giving Tuesday Movement

Giving Tuesday is an annual day of giving that encourages charitable donations, and for the third consecutive year, American Floral Endowment (AFE) says it will be participating in the #GivingTuesday initiative.
#GivingTuesday is an online movement that allows people to participate in the generous spirit of the holiday season by getting involved and giving back.
Taking place this year on Tuesday, Nov. 29, floral industry supporters are encouraged to make a tax-deductible, year-end donation to AFE to help it continue providing benefits for all segments of the industry.
Every donation strengthens AFE’s efforts to fund research for critical industry issues, provide scholarships, internships, and grants for students, and conduct groundbreaking consumer and scientific studies, with findings available for free to industry members.
The Endowment joined #GivingTuesday to inspire those involved in the industry to give back in order to strengthen the future of floriculture and horticulture.
While #GivingTuesday is on Nov. 29, year-end contributions can be made at any time between now and Dec. 31 at endowment.org/donate.
