Top100Has your operation grown in size over the past year? How have you changed your approach to investing in technology to ensure that your operation remains as efficient as possible? How are you recruiting labor and qualified growers? How can large growers work together to promote the benefits of plants, flowers, and gardening?

These questions and others like them are waiting for your answers in Greenhouse Grower’s 2016 Top 100 Growers Survey. If your greenhouse square footage is 400,000 square feet or larger, you are eligible to take the survey.

On December 1, Eric Wallien of Roberta’s Inc. in Waldron, IN, officially purchased C. Raker & Sons in Litchfield, MI. The new identity of the company is now Raker-Roberta’s Young Plants, according to a Dec. 1 letter to Raker’s customers, suppliers, and business partners from Vice President Susie Raker-Zimmerman. “There have been minimal changes in management and we will be providing the same products and services on which we have built our reputation in the industry,” Raker-Zimmerman said in the letter, which also announced the name change and new logo.
