Check Out The Before And After Of Lowe’s Greenhouse’s Redesign [Photo Gallery]

A redesign at Lowe’s Greenhouses in Chagrin Falls, OH, has been a long time coming, owner Jeff Griff admits.

“I tend to be very conservative, but if you wait too long, it can hurt you,” he says.

It took fellow garden retailers in his GAP Group and creating a solid business plan with his consultant before he committed to the project. (The GAP Group is made up of garden retailers from across the U.S. who work together to improve their businesses under the guidance of Ian Baldwin.)

Keep an eye out for the full story about how Griff went about planning, financing, and executing the rebuild in a future edition of Greenhouse Grower RETAILING. In the meantime, take a look at how much the redesign transformed Lowe’s Greenhouse.

  1. Wow! I’d come every week just to enjoy the seasonal updates. Love the WELCOME sign over the front entrance. Great update.
