Here's a bonus that has nothing to do with Christmas and everything to do with weddings. The unity candle ceremony within the wedding itself is giving way to a new unity ceremony: the tree planting ceremony. The bride brings soil from her parents home, the groom from his parents, and they combine the soil to nourish a tree they will keep at their home.
