Two Greenhouse Grower Team Members Are Promoted
May 12, 2015 Congratulations are in order for two members of Greenhouse Grower‘s editorial team, who were promoted to higher positions on May 1, 2015.
Janeen Wright
Janeen Wright is promoted to managing editor of Greenhouse Grower magazine. Wright has grown rapidly in her role as associate editor on Greenhouse Grower since joining the staff early last year. With her new responsibilities, Wright will assume more day-to-day production of Greenhouse Grower. Wright holds a Bachelor of Science in horticulture from Brigham Young University. Prior to working with Meister Media Worldwide (Greenhouse Grower‘s parent company), she spent five years as an educator/editor/horticulturist at the Herb Society of America.
Amanda Gallagher
Amanda Gallagher becomes associate editor/online editor for Greenhouse Grower and Today’s Garden Center magazines. Gallagher is a significant contributor to Greenhouse Grower while also serving double duty as the Ornamental Group’s main liaison on digital products. With her promotion, Amanda will enhance her role as the group’s point person with digital media while deepening her presence in the greenhouse market. Gallagher holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and creative writing from Ashland University and joined Greenhouse Grower in December 2013 following three years as a daily-newspaper writer.
