Zelenka Names Wholesale Center Manager

Zelenka Nursery, a wholesale grower with facilities in Michigan, North Carolina and Tennessee, recently hired a new manger for its wholesale center operation in Michigan. Zelenka also recently made some other personnel decisions.

Tony Stoel joins Zelenka as manager of the Zelenka Wholesale Center’s operational, purchasing and onsite sales efforts. Stoel previously owned and operated his own landscape and lawn maintenance business in West Michigan for several years.

Bud Summers has also joined Zelenka as general manager of the company’s Southeast operations, including Zelenka’s Tennessee facility and a newly acquired operation in Quincy, Fla. Summers has more than 20 years experience with Hines Horticulture.

Several employees have also been reassigned within Zelenka:

–Steve Livermore has been promoted to customer service manager.
–Crystal Dawn Baker joins Livermore as a customer service representative.
–Jacque McKinley will fill the newly created position of finished goods inventory manager.
–Bill McClure will serve as facility sales manager in South Carolina.
