Ronnie Holder Joins BASF Professional Turf And Ornamentals

Ronnie Holder will join the BASF Professional Turf & Ornamentals team as an ornamentals sales specialist for the newly formed Midwest territory, effective April 15.

Based in Missouri, Holder will focus exclusively on greenhouse and nursery growers, and will support the associated BASF ornamentals distributors in the Midwest.

“The growth of BASF in the ornamentals market in the U.S. has increased significantly since 2007,” says Steve Larson, ornamentals sales manager, BASF. “With the addition of Ronnie, we expect to accelerate the pace in the Midwest. The combination of his experience and enthusiasm for the nursery and greenhouse grower business will yield positive results for our customers.”

Holder joined BASF in 2002, initially serving as a Pest Control Solutions (PCS) Sales Specialist covering Texas and Oklahoma, and most recently as a PCS Product Manager, located in St. Louis. Prior to that, he worked for distributors, Estes Inc. (now Winfield Solutions) and Forshaw Distribution, selling to professional turf & ornamentals and pest management customers.
