Topics of the event, which will take place at Brookside Gardens from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., include effective and efficient irrigation methods, designing with low water-use plants, rain gardens and the future of water use-regulations in the landscape.
Among the scheduled speakers are:
– David Berle of the University of Georgia
–Paul Bassett of Water Management, Inc. and the Green Building Institute
–Ian Caton and Larry Weaner of Landscape Design Associates
–Ann English of Low Impact Development Center
