Official Rules
The winner will be drawn Tuesday, July 17. No is purchase required and winner need not be present to win. Must be 18 years or older at the date of the prize drawing. Any tax and delivery liabilities are solely the responsibility of the winner and the winner will be required to provide his or her social security number or taxpayer identification number for tax purposes. All federal, state, local, municipal, and provincial laws and regulations apply. Meister Media Worldwide and our sponsors are not responsible or liable for lost, late, stolen, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, postage due or misdirected entries. The winner will be drawn at random. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Giveaway is open to all legal residents of the United States and Canada attending the OFA Short Course or in the floriculture industry except for the employees and immediate family (spouses and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses) of sponsors, the prize manufacturers and each affiliate, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and any other company involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the giveaway drawing. Winner releases Meister Media Worldwide, the sponsors, the prize manufacturers, and each of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers directors, agents, and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the use of the prize won. The winner hereby consents to the use of his or her name and/or likeness by Meister Media Worldwide and the sponsors for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law unless withdrawal is requested in writing by entrant. Sponsor shall be deemed sole interpreter of the rules and conditions. By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these rules and that decisions of Meister Media Worldwide and our sponsors are final. Void! where prohibited by law. Prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. The prize shown is at estimated retail prices, and actual prices may vary. Meister Media Worldwide and our sponsors do not make and are not responsible for any warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose) or any guarantee with regards to any prize or portion thereof. All giveaway entries become the property of Meister Media Worldwide and will not be returned. In the event of unavailability of the stated prize thereof, Meister Media Worldwide reserves the right to substitute item(s) of comparable value.
