Panelists at the annual Town Hall forum at Cultivate debated on the most effective ways to connect with consumers and sell them plants based on their needs.
Greenhouse Grower held its annual Medal of Excellence event on Monday, July 16, during Cultivate’18. The awards reception celebrates greenhouse operations, plant breeders, technology companies, and other organizations that strive for excellence, and as expected, there was much of that to be found during the event.
Greenhouse Grower’s Medal of Excellence awards program at Cultivate’18 was a celebration of the best in breeding and the dedication to quality that is so prevalent in our industry. Check out who the big winners were.
“We continue to look for new ideas from growers and to help them find the solutions they need,” said Raymond van den Berg of ISO Group, which was presented during Greenhouse Grower’s Medal of Excellence awards program.
“It doesn’t take fancy machines or high-tech greenhouses to be successful,” said Stephen Barlow of Barlow’s Flower Farm in accepting the award which was presented during Greenhouse Grower’s Medal of Excellence awards program. “It takes hard work and dedication.”

Registration is now open for the awards ceremony, which takes place Monday, July 16, during Cultivate’18.
