Hydro Systems Company Acquires Dosmatic

Hydro Systems Company has acquired Dosmatic, based in Carrollton, Texas. Dosmatic is a manufacturer of non-electric chemical metering equipment. Hydro Systems is an independent manufacturer of chemical proportioning and dispensing systems and an operating unit within Dover Corporation’s (NYSE:DOV) Fluid Management segment.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
