Illumitex’s NeoSol DS Grow Lights Are LEDs For Plant Propagation

neosoldsIllumitex, Inc. has launched NeoSol DS, the newest member of its portfolio of NeoSol grow lights. The product was launched in response to the rapid emergence of new horticulture markets, including medicinal crops, vertical farms and research.

The NeoSol DS can be used for a wide range of lighting applications, including propagation of vegetative or flowering plants in grow tents or growing areas of any size. It is an LED plant growth fixture designed to produce high photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) values with good beam uniformity and light utilization.

NeoSol DS is available with Illumitex Surexi F3 LEDs. Its custom F3 spectrum drives fast flowering and vegetative responses, and because no assembly is required, growers can simply plug into 120V AC power outlet and grow.

NeoSol DS joins NeoSol NS, NeoSol LS, Safari and Eclipse to round out the company’s family of products serving the needs of home and commercial indoor growers.

The Illumitex LEDs produce too much heat and will ultimately fail. I have a box of approximately 100 failed LEDs from multiple rails that I had to dig out of epoxy and replace. These LEDs are wired in series too, so if one fails, they all fail. Illumitex does not cover their warranty either. The best LED product on the market is manufactured by EnviroLux.

It appeared Envirolux used iluumitex surexi modules.

How do you know they don’t cover the warranty?
