Lemnis Oreon, EnviroTech Cultivation Solutions to Partner on LED Distribution

Lemnis Oreon, an LED lighting manufacturer, recently formed a partnership with EnviroTech Cultivation Solutions, a Richmond, CA-based engineering company with broad fundamentals in horticulture.
“Energy costs are becoming an increasingly important challenge for growers,” says Kurt Parbst, Director of Business Development at EnviroTech. “Gaining the highest efficiency while avoiding the necessity to remove lamp heat with air cooling is a very attractive benefit. Michiel de Jong, Sales Manager at Lemnis Oreon, says adding EnviroTech as a new distributor provides better access to growers in North America.

According to de Jong, EnviroTech’s expertise in energy and water technology fits perfectly with the water-cooling solution of Oreon Grow Lights. The compact size of the lights creates little shading in the greenhouse, which allows growers to make optimum use of daylight. The water cooling makes it possible for the LED fixtures to efficiently produce a large amount of light without heating up the greenhouse.
