Brand Flowers To Be Dubbed Farmers’ West

Wilja Happé, owner of four Brand Flowers growing locations in California, pondered for more than a year over a new name for her company. She finally settled on Farmers’ West Flowers & Bouquets, Inc.

Her companies will operate under the new flagship name beginning July 1.

“We are thrilled to move into the future with a new name, continuing to be a leader in our industry,” says Happé, whose Brand Flowers was established in 1990 as a cut flower and greens nursery and bouquet manufacturer. “Innovation and creativity have always defined our team. We continue that each day, each year, in providing cut flowers and bouquets to our many customers.”

The new name reflects the company’s success, Happé says, and the fact that Brand Flowers grew beyond its traditional markets and expanded to include a bigger portion of the United States.

“Our expansion puts us at the forefront of the floriculture industry, enhancing our ability to give the consumer the beautiful fresh flowers and bouquets they desire.”
