Calling All Plant Breeders …

The Independent Plant Breeder’s Conference, hosted by the University of Florida Environmental Horticulture Department and Plant Development Services Inc. (PDSI), will take place next month in Mobile, Ala. The conference will pair breeders with industry experts who can provide information on plant breeding and genetics, crop production and plant marketing.

Conference events Nov. 13, 14 and 15 will include informal networking opportunities, talks by industry experts and a tour of local plant producers. Registration will be awarded on a first-come, first-service basis.
