Cut Flower Growers To Meet This Summer

The Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers (ASCFG) announces five regional meetings to be held in 2011. Regional meetings are informal, usually one-day gatherings at which growers can tour cut flower farms, research facilities or other points of interest; listen to a variety of speakers; and participate in networking opportunities. All growers are welcome.

People interested in learning more about cut flower production and marketing are particularly encouraged to participate. Sessions are varied. This year they include speakers on cut garden roses, bouquet making, wedding flowers, woody plants, healthy soils, post-harvest handling and more.
