Dömmen Reorganizes As Company's Growth Continues

Dümmen USA has reorganized and expanded its staff this year with the following changes:

Paul Hammer has moved to Dümmen’s headquarters in Hilliard, Ohio, to join P. Allen Hammer. Before transitioning into this role, Paul was western regional manager. As a technical services manager, Paul will work to expand Dümmen’s technical service support for brokers and growers, as well as facilitate the various product development projects in North America.

Diane Surette Cournoyer will assume a new U.S. territory. Surette Cournoyer will now be responsible for managing the Western United States while maintaining her position as general manager for Dümmen in Canada. Surette Cournoyer has been with Dümmen for six years, serving the Great Lakes and Midwest regions as regional sales manager. She has been in the industry with various roles in sales, customer service and young plant supplier management in both Canada and the U.S.

Dümmen also welcomes Bart Hayes as the regional manager of the Great Lakes and Midwest territories. Throughout his career, Hayes has been involved in plant production, sales and horticultural education, spending most of his career as a greenhouse grower for annuals. He has experience working with growers on production quality, production scheduling as well as managing and reporting on trials, as the former annual trial manager at Ohio State University.

Suzanne Di Staulo also recently joined the Dümmen team as its new marketing manager. She joined Dümmen in September and previously served Braun Horticulture as national sales and marketing manager. Di Staulo was also part of the Greenhouse Grower team before that, serving as associate publisher here at Meister Media Worldwide.
