A Reference On Roses

Rose breeder David Austin developed more than 150 unique varieties called English Roses over the years, and he’s telling the stories of 40 recently developed varieties and 40 of his all-time favorites in a new book titled “The English Roses: Classic Favorites & New Selections.”

English Roses differ from contemporary roses in flower shape and growth habit. They combine the full cup shape, fragrance and general character of old roses and the wide range of color and repeat flowering of modern hybrid varieties.
