The annual Bailey Nurseries Customer Expo will once again return to the Nord Farm production facility in Cottage Grove, MN, on Thursday, July 27. Open to all Bailey Nurseries customers, this year’s expo will focus on bridging the gap with Millennials and non-gardeners, with education seminars by ZingTrain and retail display inspiration focused on reaching this audience through creative marketing, engaging in-store displays, and heightened customer service.
“Connecting with Millennials and people that aren’t avid gardeners is really about meeting them on their level and on platforms they’re most comfortable,” says Alec Charais, Marketing & Communications Manager at Bailey Nurseries. “At the Expo, we’ll be giving our customers solid takeaways that can be implemented at the store level.
