Colorado State University Announces Top 10 Performing Perennials From 2013 Trials

Ten plants were designated as top-performing herbaceous perennials from the 2013 Colorado State University trials. They have been overwintered for two winters and three growing seasons before they were given this distinction.

A total of 20 plants of each variety were planted and evaluated every two weeks during the growing season.

Also, one Too Good To Wait performer from the 2013 season from the 2012 class and grown for just one season is mentioned.

The plants were evaluated by both university and industry personnel, as well as some advanced Master Gardeners.
