New varieties to look for in the catalog include: ‘Pineapple Mango’ and ‘Peachy Seduction’ achilleas from Blooms; the Anemone fall-flowering hybrid ‘Whirlwind’; ‘Ascot Rainbow’ euphorbia, whose attractive variegated foliage develops stunning deep red tips in cooler weather; and the Hypericum Hypearls series–unique perennial shrubs in cream, red, salmon and pink.

Other new favorites are the Early Bird series of double-flowered dianthus from Whetman Pinks. These dianthus are compact, floriferous and fragrant with coral, lavender, white, red and pink varieties. Green Leaf also carries a large selection of quality herb starters, for both culinary and ornamental use.
