Plantpeddler Hosting Variety Day on Aug. 4 in Cresco, IA

Continuing its commitment to “testing the best in the Midwest,” Plantpeddler will be hosting a Variety Day at its facilities in Cresco, IA, on Aug. 4.

Plantpeddler’s 2017 trial gardens include more than 1,200 varieties of vegetative annuals displayed in large containers, baskets, window boxes, and beds. As a major supplier of rooted cuttings from worldwide sources, the Plantpeddler trial includes a wide cross section of key genera and unique lines from international plant breeders.

In addition to the trial gardens, educational lectures will be given by plant breeders and industry experts, and there will be facility tours and vendor displays to complete the informative and networking-packed day. The event will also include a complimentary lunch of locally sourced foods.
