Readers Choice Voting Rules And Conditions
May 5, 2011 Voting Period.
Annuals – May 22 to May 28 (closes at 12 a.m. EST)
Perennials – May 29 to June 4 (closes at 12 a.m. EST)
Edibles – No entries
Best of the Rest – June 5 to June 11 (closes at 12 a.m. EST)
Finalists – June 12 to June 19 (closes at 12 a.m. EST)
Finalists – June 20 to June 26 (closes at 12 a.m. EST)
Who Can Vote. Growers, retailers, educators, suppliers, allieds and all members of the horticulture industry.
Frequency of Voting. One vote per user/per company is permitted in each semi-final category (seed annuals, vegetative annuals, perennials and Best of the Rest) and one vote per user/per company is permitted in the final round which will select the Readers’ Choice winner. Meister Media and Greenhouse Grower reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any votes it finds to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the voting or violating the rules.

Variety Eligibility. Varieties eligible for the Readers Choice award include those that were not introduced to growers in North America before January 1, 2015. Entrants need not be displayed at California Spring Trials.
Judging and Selection of Winners. There will be four (4) semi-final categories that users will vote for: Annuals, Perennials, Edibles and Best of the Rest. Readers will then vote among the finalists, determining the Readers’ Choice Award winner, which will be announced at the Evening of Excellence reception at Cultivate’15.
