Short, stout pitchers to 8 inches tall, mostly 6 inches. Upper pitcher usually reddish with spots. Prolific grower. Large single flowers. They maintain their distinctive characteristics under a range of conditions, though the plants prefer full sun and moist soil conditions. Most importantly, they like eating bugs!!!
