Dark red, fuzzy pitchers held strongly erect, to 8 inches tall. Forms a compact clump. Uniform dark color. Large single flowers. They maintain their distinctive characteristics under a range of conditions, though the plants prefer full sun and moist soil conditions. Most importantly, they like eating bugs!!!
