Populus deltoides 'Siouxland' (Cottonwood Poplar)
This cotton-less cottonwood was introduced by South Dakota State University. Its foliage is slightly larger than the common cottonwood. A fast growing tree with a rounded head at maturity, it is easily transplanted in most situations.
