Pyrus 'Chanticleer' (Pear)
One of the hardier calleryana pears. Ideal street tree, it flowers a bit later and blooms better than Bradford. Fall color is a nice red-purple. Voted 2005 Urban Tree of the Year by the Society of Municipal Arborists.
