Veronica 'Sonja' (Speedwell, Spike Speedwell, Creeping Speedwell)
Sonja
Share:

Sonja is a tall, strongly upright selection with fuchsia pink flower spikes that just keep on coming from early through midsummer. No staking required. Long, narrow, glossy deep green leaves form a dense clump of consistent height. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds but deer don't seem to care for it. Makes a good cut flower. From Brent Horvath of Intrinsic Perennial Gardens in Hebron, IL.
