Rudbeckia 'Little Goldstar' (Black-eyed Susan, Cone Flower)
A terrific improvement over Goldsturm, this new variety is compact and floriferous. Blooming in mid summer, well into autumn, the 2-2.5" golden yellow flowers are held above a tight mound of green foliage and can be used towards the front of the perennial border because of its short stature. The brown cones attract butterflies and songbirds to the garden. Best in full sun sites.
