Nepeta 'Kit Cat' (Catnip)
New dwarf form of catmint, with a mounding habit, petite leaves and small blue flowers. Blooms all summer, and although the flowers are small, they are prolific. It can be used as a specimen in the front of the border, or as a groundcover in mass plantings. Best planted in well drained soils. Nepeta is quite drought tolerant once established. Will benefit from some light shearing after the first flush of flowers in early summer.
