Macleaya cordata is not for the faint of heart, Plume Poppy is a large imposing perennial for the backgound of a large perennial border. Reaching a height of 6-10' tall, it blooms with long plumes of creamy white flowers. Leaves are large, lobed and pubescent beneath, with tones of blue.
