Liriope 'Silvery Sunproof' (Lilyturf)
Silvery Sunproof
Share:

Silvery Sunproof Liriope has green and yellow striped grass-like foliage that adds interest even when the plant is not in flower. Flower spikes are lilac. This variety is sun tolerant if the ground is moist but will tolerate shady conditions as well. In autumn it develops purple-black berries that can last into winter. The flowers or the spikes of berries are long-lasting in bouquets. It's an excellent choice for container gardening. Deer don't seem to find this plant appealing.
