Abelia 'Kaleidoscope'
Variegated leaves emerge light green with a bright yellow margin in spring gradually changing to medium green with a golden yellow margin in summer. Stem color of new growth is brilliant red. Fall foliage is a striking kaleidoscope of golden yellows, bright oranges, and fiery reds. Compact, dense growth requires little or no pruning. Excellent as a low accent plant in the shrub and perennial border or in a decorative container.
