Found as a branch sport of 'Caponoch Sar' at North Creek Nurseries in Pennsylvania, Sunshine Daydream is an excellent tall background plant for the perennial garden, with a long bloom period from June through August. Numerous fully double flowers are golden yellow, with petals re-curving toward the stem. Heat tolerant and disease resistant, this plant is a real workhorse in the garden.
