Ceratostigma (Blue Plumbago) (Leadwort, Plumbago)
(Blue Plumbago)
Share:

This perennial groundcover is especially striking late summer through autumn. Single gentian blue flowers start blooming in late summer and last through the first hard frost. Bright green foliage will turn a beautiful bronze red fall color. Use leadwort as an underplanting to large shrubs or perennials, en masse, or to hang over a rock wall.
