Syringa 'Betsy Ross' (Reblooming Lilac)
Betsy Ross is the first Lilac cultivar to be released by the U.S. National Arboretum and was developed specifically for warmer climates. It has a rounded growth habit and abundant, fragrant, white flowers completely covering the plant in April. Betsy Ross has some of the largest Lilac panicles we have ever seen and also has shown good field tolerance to powdery mildew. Ideal as an early blooming focal point in a mixed shrub border.
