Spiraea (Billiard Spiraea) (Spirea)
Upright habit, resembles S. douglasii. Rose-colored flowers are held on 4-8" panicles. Interesting flower effect, as the stamens are twice as long as the petals. Its tendency to sucker would make it useful on embankments. Once established, will tolerate dry acid soils.
